御蔵島のイルカウォッチングは、波の穏やかな内湾ではなく、外洋に出て行うアクティビティです。
自然を相手にしているため、予期せぬ危険が常に潜んでおります。

当宿の船長は英語を話せませんため、万一の場合の安全を確保するよう、
原則として日常会話レベルの日本語を話せるお客様のみ、受け入れをさせて頂いております。

但し例外として、日本語を話せないお客様3名様に対し（お子様を含む）、
通訳の方1名様が同行頂ける場合に限り、受け入れをさせて頂きます。

全てのお客様にご対応することができず、大変申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご了承頂けますよう、お願い申し上げます。

Our dolphin watching / swimming at Mikurajima is an activity outside of bayside.
Thus there are many dangers involved.

-wild waves
-hypothermia
-drown and more..

Our captain speaks only Japanese. So we have some rules for foreign travelers for safety management.
That is a personwho can speak Japanese at the level of everyday conversation one of each group(up to 4 people/ children include in the group).
So we take reservations on the phone only that make sure to communicate on Japanese.

And we can’t make contacts on DM or comment(on Instagram/ Facebook) due to we are small team.
