御蔵島のイルカウォッチングは、波の穏やかな内湾ではなく、外洋に出て行うアクティビティです。
自然を相手にしているため、予期せぬ危険が常に潜んでおります。

当宿の船長は英語を話せませんため、万一の場合の安全を確保するよう、
原則として日常会話レベルの日本語を話せるお客様のみ、受け入れをさせて頂いております。

但し例外として、日本語を話せないお客様3名様に対し（お子様を含む）、
通訳の方1名様が同行頂ける場合に限り、受け入れをさせて頂きます。

全てのお客様にご対応することができず、大変申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご了承頂けますよう、お願い申し上げます。

For customers coming from overseas

Dolphin watching / swimming in Mikurajima is an activity held in an open sea,not at the inner bay where the waves caim.
Therefore, the risk is high and unexpected danger is inevitable.

To ensure safety in an emergency situation,
we only accept customers who can speak and understand Japanese at conversational level due to captain’s inability
to speak English.

However, as an exception, we may only accept 3 guests (include children) who cannot speak Japanese,
if there’s one interpreter available who can accompany with them.
